Science and Programming

Students will use Cellular software (from Snap!) to create an agent-based simulation in order to answer a real-world problem: how does disease spread and how can we boost our immune system, how do we need to dispatch firefighters to effectively put out a wildfire.

Students will watch and study their simulation to better determine what actions need to be taken in case such an incident occurs. This is a powerful way to understand how coding can help us better understand how we can influence the world around us.

Maker Space
This is a jam-packed week of making where your student will learn 2D and 3D CAD Design and make their own creations! 3D printing, Laser Cutting, Vinyl Cutting, and more! Your student will learn the skills to use our equipment to explore their creativity!
